Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with the location ahead of time. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. We would never want to rush your appointment and not be able to give another client their full appointment time. Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.

Please allow a week or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits are refundable only if there is a week or more notice of cancellation. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than a weeks notice, your payment will be forfeited. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than a week notice.

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

A $50 deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading appointments. Deposits will be accepted only through apple pay, venom, cashapp, or zelle. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your microblading appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged prior to your procedure when you arrive.

Remaining balance will be charged the date of your appointment PRIOR to your procedure.

The first touch up session is only within 5-6 weeks and costs $50. This appointment is scheduled during the initial microblading appointment. This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly. If for any reason you can not make your appointment or miss your appointment within 5-6 weeks after the initial procedure, once it goes past 8 weeks the price of the procedure will increase depending on when you come in.
